LARA DE BRUIJN, COSTUME DESIGNER

 

Born in Winnipeg, Canada, Lara began her work in dance at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Since moving to New York and finishing her Master of Fine Arts in Design from Tisch School of the Arts, Lara has worked with such directors and choreographers as Lucinda Childs, Rhoda Levine, Brook Notary, Jim Sutton, Sara Rudner, and Carol Fonda. Her designs for theatre, dance and opera include Queen Esther (Classical Presentations), Radial Courses (Sarah Lawrence College), Dreamgirls (CNR Drama), Copenhagen, SantaLand Diaries & the American Premiere of Breath of Life (Peterborough Players), Oh Dad, Poor Dad, Mama's Hung You in the Closet and I'm.

 

 

 

 

NICK KOLIN, LIGHTING DESIGNER

 

Feeling So Sad (Angels and Heroes), The Goat (Neptune Theatre), GRID (SADC), How it Happens & The Grandmothers and Frogs (FPW), The Tailor of Gloucester (Manhattan School of Music), Ndebele Fu Recent designs include: The Who’s Tommy, Cabaret, Mud, River, Stone, and Lady Windermere’s Fan (New York University), as well as frequent collaborations with the NYU Department of Dance. Other notable work includes Mirage (Deganit Shemy/Sarah Lawrence College), readings of Notes to MariAnne and Fault Lines (New York Stage and Film), Stain (Theatre Row), Life Laid Out and Better Living (T. Schreiber Studios), Gypsy, Kiss Me Kate and City of Angels (William and Mary Theatre). Nick was born in South Korea, raised in Virginia and is based in New York City, and has recently completed his MFA in Design from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.neral & Sorrows and Rejoicings (NYU Grad Acting), Low in the Dark (Texas State University).

 

 

 

NADAGE NOEL, COMPANY MANAGER

 

Nadege Noel was born and raised in Haiti. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Management from The City College of the City University of New York and a Masters Degree in Performing Arts Management from New York University. Nadege has a dance background in ballet and has been dancing Argentine Tango for the last twelve years. She was part of the Anthropology of Tango Show. She was the General Manager of the Jamaica Performing Arts Center. Nadege is now working at the Harlem School of the Arts as the Education Outreach Director.
